Registration Registration at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Mansfield The Registration Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and visitors while ensuring accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and collection of patient financial responsibilities. This position will also provide support to various business office functions as needed. Responsibilities may include patient admissions, scheduling, accounts payable, patient communications, chart preparation, and payment posting. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service is preferred. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications High school Diploma or equivalent One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred Previous healthcare registration preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
