Pay & Bonus

• Make 45-57/hour or more — Pay structure is hourly plus, commissions and tips. (See Hourly below)
• Lead Nurse track available (+$5/hour for leadership responsibilities)

• Medical, dental, and vision available after 60 days (full-time)
• Hourly: PT $38 | FT $40 | Area Lead $45
• Commission and bonuses: 5-13 per hour average additional pay

What you'll do:

• Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM injections (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants)
• Educate clients on their options and confidently recommend the right services for their goals
• Guide clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
• Document visits in our Electronic Medical Records system
• Build a client base that comes back and asks for you by name
• Mentor and help train newer nurses 

What you need (must-haves):

• Valid State of Idaho RN license
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a medical setting (ER, ICU, OR, Pre-Op, or similar)
• Excellent peripheral IV insertion skills — you'll complete a hands-on skills assessment
• Comfort in a retail/service environment — this role blends hospitality with healthcare

Schedule: May be at one studio or may rotate between our Boise and Meridian locations. Store hours are Monday–Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 9am–5pm, and Sunday 11am–5pm. Availability for 4 weekend shifts a month is required (not guaranteed to be scheduled).
