Responsibilities Configure and optimize Cake lead integrations for seamless performance Implement AI‑based lead scoring and routing to maximize efficiency and conversions Track and analyze key metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and campaign ROI Collaborate with Backend Engineers to refine and enhance data flows for marketing automation Continuously test and iterate on workflows to improve targeting, personalization, and overall campaign effectiveness Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or campaign operations Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Cake, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zapier Strong analytics skills and a passion for data‑informed decision‑making Familiarity with AI/LLM‑driven marketing tools is a strong plus A creative mindset with a knack for solving complex marketing and data challenges Why Join Us?
