For more information, visit As a Full-Time RN Clinic Manager , you'll lead the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care for client employees at our premier health center in Dallas, TX . This is a unique opportunity to practice in a white-glove, concierge-style healthcare environment , where personalized service, clinical excellence, and an exceptional patient experience are at the heart of everything we do. As both a clinical leader and practicing RN, you\'ll oversee daily clinic operations, mentor and support a collaborative care team, and build meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. The clinic offers a predictable Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule with no nights, weekends, or major holidays , providing an excellent work-life balance. What You’ll Do Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff) Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records Performs other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required Current license as RN in state of practice Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field 2 - 3 years of management experience Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
