About The Role Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. This leadership role supports the Assistant General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Lido Restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining Four Seasons service standards, and developing a high-performing team. What You Will Do Support the daily operation of Lido Restaurant, a three-meal dining venue, ensuring seamless service execution. Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant team members to uphold Four Seasons standards of excellence. Foster a culture focused on delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences. Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of restaurant employees. Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and productivity to achieve operational and financial goals. Maintain high standards of food, beverage, wine, and service knowledge throughout the team. Collaborate with culinary and restaurant leadership to execute menus, promotions, and merchandising initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies. Support inventory management, purchasing controls, and cost-containment initiatives. Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty. What You Bring Minimum of three years of Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and wine programs. Proven leadership experience managing, motivating, and developing large teams. Experience with labor management, cost control, and financial accountability. Hospitality Management degree preferred; equivalent luxury hospitality experience will be considered.
