What You’ll Be Doing Structural and non‑structural collision repairs Vehicle teardown and reassembly Panel replacement and alignment MIG welding and spot welding Sheet metal and panel repair Identifying hidden damage Working with estimators to ensure proper repairs Quality control before vehicle delivery What We’re Looking For Experienced collision technician Someone who takes pride in their work Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners Team player who communicates well Frame and structural experience preferred Valid driver’s license Certifications such as I‑CAR are a plus but not required.
