Contract Maintenance ManagerSalary Range $1.00 - $1.00 Salary Position Type Full TimePosition Title:Contract Maintenance ManagerArea of Requirement:Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) Fort Carson, Colorado (Colorado Springs)Scope of Position:The Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM) serves as King George's (KG) senior on-site representative and has full authority to manage all operations, maintenance, repair, and facility management activities performed under the contract. The CMM directs contract execution across Evans Army Community Hospital and all supported medical facilities, ensuring continuous 24/7/365 support, regulatory compliance, safe operations, Joint Commission readiness, quality performance, and customer satisfaction. The CMM leads all key personnel, coordinates directly with the Contracting Officer, COR, Facility Management, and hospital leadership, and ensures all maintenance activities comply with DHA, NFPA, OSHA, EPA, UFC, and Joint Commission standards.Tasks and Capabilities Required:Direct daily operations and maintenance activitiesManage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resourcesEnsure emergency response capability within one hourReview performance metrics and KPI reportingCoordinate outages and high-risk work with hospital staffEnsure Joint Commission readinessOversee Quality Control and Safety ProgramsApprove corrective actions and process improvementsLead meetings with Government stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all contract requirementsMandatory Experience and Certifications:Minimum 5 years of healthcare facility maintenance management experience in bedded inpatient medical facilitiesMinimum 5 years supervising 24/7 operations and maintenance organizationsExperience managing maintenance, renovation, and repair of healthcare facilitiesWorking knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, EPA, and Joint Commission requirementsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification or obtain within one year of employmentEmployee of the Prime KGAvailable onsite during normal duty hours and reachable 24/7/365 with one-hour emergency response capabilityPreferred/Desired Certifications:Project Management Professional (PMP)Certified Facility Manager (CFM)Disclaimer:The responsibilities and qualifications outlined above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by those in this position.
