What You'll Do:
Represent clients in divorce, child custody, and all family law matters
Conduct consultations with potential clients and assess how best to support them
Stay current with legal developments to achieve the best outcomes
Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with clients throughout the legal process
Respond promptly to client inquiries and proactively address concerns
What We're Looking For
3-25 years of family law/divorce experience
Expert communicator with strong verbal and writing skills
Sound judgment and excellent time management
Reputation for compassion paired with assertiveness when needed
Highly skilled negotiator with courtroom readiness
Active New Jersey bar license
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 + bonus (DOE)
