The Bar Manager leads all aspects of the beverage program while creating an exceptional guest experience. This role combines leadership, creativity, organization, and hospitality to build one of the region's best bar programs. Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations. Manage inventory and ordering. Train and mentor bartenders. Maintain beverage quality and consistency. Develop seasonal cocktails. Ensure sanitation and safety standards. Foster a positive team culture.
