Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase new vehicle sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and follow-up processes.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in new car sales.
- Ford experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
