The Best Players Need the Best People.The Data Analyst is a key contributor responsible for transforming large and often disparate data sets into actionable insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This role will partner closely with sales and marketing to deliver qualified leads, evaluate market opportunities, and identify gaps where the business can operate more efficiently. The Data Analyst will also develop and maintain reporting and visualization tools that enable data-driven decision-making and support key business initiatives.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Analytics or another related field required Minimum 3 years professional experience in data analysis requiredCRM and Business Intelligence experience strongly preferred SQL experience is strongly preferredProficiency in Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualization platforms preferredArchtics and Ticketmaster ticketing systems experience preferredDemonstrated analytical aptitude with high proficiency in ExcelStrong problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentComfortable working in ambiguous environments and developing solutions for emerging business challenges.Responsibilities/Duties Analyze data from large, disparate sources using various quantitative and qualitative methods to answer business questions.Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.Develop and maintain business intelligence/visualization initiatives incorporating software and tools including but not limited to Tableau and SalesforceCollaborate with department leads to identify and prioritize leads using data-driven insights and market intelligence.Partner with internal teams to conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities, trends, and emerging markets.Identify gaps within the business to drive efficiencies.Special Projects and duties as assigned SummaryLocation: Ponte Vedra Beach, FLType: Full time
