We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville, NY. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care focused on rural healthcare. About the Role Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of all assigned patients Care for patients across the age continuum Manage comprehensive patient history, including patient interview, psychological and physical assessment, and patient's perception of illness Manage a written care plan for assigned patients on the unit, plans the care for individual patients, and directs and supervises others in the planning of patient’s care Work 3 scheduled 12 hour shifts (Day & Night); pick up additional shifts as needed Requirements AAS Nursing BSN preferredn Active valid NYS RN License
