Education

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess a comparable allied health degree in preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your start date.
• Maintain this certification throughout your employment.
