As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Visibility Patrol in Rancho Cordova, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by observing employee, visitor, contractor, and driver activity in accordance with site procedures; help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document patrols, incidents, irregular conditions, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
