Production Operator - 3rd Shift

$24.50/Hr Upon Hire | Rotating Schedule | Every Other Weekend Off

Looking for a long-term manufacturing opportunity with excellent earning potential and a built-in work-life balance? We're hiring Production Operators to support a highly automated manufacturing operation focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.

This role is ideal for individuals with production, manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or industrial experience who have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

• Monitor quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

• Perform product inspections, weight checks, and data verification

• Complete sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas

• Record and maintain accurate production documentation

• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues

• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns

• Follow GMP, food safety, and workplace safety standards

• Assist with material movement and forklift operation as needed

• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 12 hours

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

• 3rd Shift

• 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

• Rotating Schedule

• Work every other weekend

• Every other weekend off

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
