Customer Success Project Specialist

Managing multiple client engagements, the full-time remote Customer Success Project Specialist will oversee project management, client communication, and financial management while ensuring adherence to compliance policies and guidelines. Key responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to client SOPs Act as the main contact for customers and stakeholders, coordinating communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle Oversee financial management tasks, including budget creation, invoice reconciliation, and compliance with country-specific guidelines Required qualifications College degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of experience managing HCP and patient engagements, including contracting and travel arrangements Knowledge of HCP/patient payments, including fee-for-service and expense reimbursement Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems and experience with database management programs (Cvent preferred) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a virtual office environment
