Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Support subcontractor procurement, bidding, and contract administration. Track project budgets, costs, and change orders. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Work closely with field teams to monitor progress and ensure quality. Help maintain project timelines and resolve issues proactively. Support client and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle. . The Successful Applicant. For the Assistant Project Manager role, we are seeking:2-5 years of construction experience, ideally with a general contractor. Exposure to multifamily, mixed-use, or residential construction projects. Strong organizational and communication skills.
