Night Shift Patient Safety Companion (1:1 Observer)

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Patient Safety Companion for the Systemwide Float Pool. This part-time role is 24 hours per week, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, under RN supervision to provide constant observation of high-risk patients and maintain a safe environment throughout the shift. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and strong communication skills.
