Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support our temporary tradespeople from first contact through onboarding, ensuring a smooth, compliant start for each hire. Based in Austin, TX, this full-time onsite role requires strong HR system knowledge (Avionte and Fieldglass a plus), excellent communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
