What You'll Do

As an MSICU RN, you'll be on the front lines of critical care-coordinating complex treatment plans, advocating for patients and families, and working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver life-saving care. You'll have the chance to grow as a leader while making a meaningful difference every shift.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NC (or compact license); BSN preferred
• 2+ years of progressive acute care or ICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and support both patients and colleagues
