Client Accounting Services Manager (CPA) (Baton Rouge)

We’re hiring a Client Accounting Services Manager to join our team at Daigrepont Gremillion Advisors in Baton Rouge, LA .

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CPA who enjoys working directly with clients, leading a team, and taking ownership of high-quality financial reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounting relationships

• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Issue financial reports directly to clients

• Communicate financial results and accounting matters with business owners and management teams

• Manage, review, and develop accounting team members

• Oversee deadlines and workflow across multiple client engagements

• Identify accounting issues, unusual activity, and opportunities to improve client processes

• Coordinate with DGA’s tax and advisory teams

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, organization, and client service

What We’re Looking For

• Active CPA license required

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience reviewing financial statements and managing or reviewing the work of others

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online

• Experience with Lacerte Tax and Intuit ProConnect

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working directly with clients

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work

• Willingness to work in person in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
