Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Job Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Memory Clinic, and Palliative Care
• Type of Cases: No Procedures- Geriatric Medicine, SNF Care, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, Palliative Care
• Credentialing: 60 days on average

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible both acceptable
• Licensure: Active California preferred, but open to licensure candidates
