Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications.
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to produce high-quality welds.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measuring tools to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
• Grind, clean, and finish welded parts as needed to meet production standards.
• Assemble metal components using hand and power tools.
• Perform basic machine setup and routine maintenance on welding equipment.

Welder Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience is required.
• Must successfully complete an on-site MIG weld test.
• Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures and precision measuring tools.
• Experience using grinders, hand tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and safety mindset.
