Sales Executive

The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across our services portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to work in a boutique consultancy environment where your contributions will be visible, valued, and directly tied to company success. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries (publishing, manufacturing, energy, retail, and others). Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on their IT transformation journey. Collaborate closely with technical teams to shape solutions and proposals that align with client needs. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting using CRM tools. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in IT services, SaaS, or enterprise consulting. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, ERP, CRM, and/or integration solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth in a boutique environment.
