We offer a seamless flow of leads directly to your phone, eliminating the need for cold calling and door-to-door sales, and allowing you to focus on building client relationships. Engage with clients virtually or in person, supported by comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship from day one. Our proven systems are designed to enhance your sales outreach and follow-ups, ensuring you have the support to succeed. $80,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize our exclusive lead system to connect with high-intent prospects, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance.
• Conduct virtual or in-person consultations, adapting to client preferences and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
• Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, to effectively engage with clients and offer tailored solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your commitment to success.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and build trust with clients.
• Comfortable conducting virtual and in-person consultations, adapting to client preferences for a seamless experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to foster a supportive environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge base.
