**Job Summary:**

We are looking for Assistant Store Managers to join our team at Store 37 located at 29202 Ralph Fair Rd. in Fair Oaks, TX. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing the store operations, driving sales, profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include building and coaching team members, conducting meetings, and assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. It is essential for Assistant Managers to embody and promote our Core Values while on duty.

- Previous experience in a high-volume retail environment
