We deliver engaging, innovative, and active fundraising experiences for elementary and middle schools nationwide. Responsibilities Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students. Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser. Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school. Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators. Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team. Qualifications Excellent communication skills: able to connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication. Positive attitude: surface optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and the team. Growth mindset: continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally. Good judgment: strong sense of self‑awareness and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented: hard worker who gets things done in a timely and efficient manner. Enthusiastic: eager to connect with students, faculty, and staff. Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Ability to pass Booster's background and motor vehicle check. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Full‑day availability (7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) on scheduled workdays. Benefits & Compensation Salary: $22‑$23 per hour, non‑exempt.
