Registered Nurse (RN) 10,000 Sign-On Bonus Springdale Health and Rehab Position Summary Springdale Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for our residents. This role combines hands‑on clinical care with leadership responsibilities to ensure excellent outcomes and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Assess resident conditions and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Ensure accurate documentation and timely charting Respond to changes in condition and clinical emergencies Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Qualifications Active Arkansas RN license Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and communication skills Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed Why Work in Springdale, AR?
