Support production systems and resolve production issues and end-user service requests in a timely manner. Analyze, debug, and resolve application defects and development issues. Develop application enhancements and fixes based on functional and technical requirements. Perform unit testing and system testing to ensure application quality. Prepare technical documentation, including: Functional specifications Technical specifications Use cases Test cases System documentation Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements. Contribute to the development and completion of functional specifications. Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures. Generate and support SSRS reports. Utilize Azure Database, Storage, and App Services. Follow SDLC, change-management, and development standards. Participate in code management and deployments using GitHub.
