Must-Have Skills/Experience: Experience in Acute Rehabilitation Unit and Medical Surgery.

Description: The role involves providing occupational therapy services to adults and geriatrics. Common diagnoses include cerebrovascular accidents, orthopedic conditions, and cardiac issues. The position requires the therapist to likely split time between different units. Supervision will be provided by the designated supervisor. The work environment includes a hospital setting with a patient ratio of 10:1 on the Medical Surgery unit and 6:1 on the Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The dress code mandates wearing black scrubs, and certain attire like blue jeans, spandex, open-toe shoes, or hoodies is not acceptable. Candidates should demonstrate a strong fit within the team and adapt well to the diverse patient population.
