Maintenance Technician – Weekly PayLocation: Hawarden, IA or Canton, SDPay: $32–$40/hrShifts Available: All shiftsSchedule: Full-time (hours vary by shift)Job OverviewSeeking Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role supports mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose equipment issues and perform mechanical/electrical repairsMaintain machinery, plumbing, refrigeration, and facility systemsComplete preventative maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production equipmentUse precision tools to inspect, measure, and adjust componentsRemove and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand/power toolsFabricate basic repair parts using shop equipmentFollow blueprints, manuals, and schematicsPreferred Experience6 months–1 year of related maintenance experienceMechanical/electrical troubleshootingHydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, or mechanical drivesAbility to read schematics and technical diagramsApply Today!!This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rock Valley, IA.The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
