  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into your clients’ mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based methods and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents seeking support for various mental health issues. You will develop expertise in working with individuals and families struggling with relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. By adopting a holistic approach, you will address the unique patterns and needs of your clients to facilitate meaningful healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, with additional qualifications preferred.

  • Proficiency in providing therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents.

  • Experience in conducting both individual and couples therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 101,000 yearly, in addition to a lucrative sign-on bonus.
