Content and Website Coordinator

Focusing on the launch of multiple regional websites, the contract Regions Content & Website Coordinator will manage content audits, migration planning, and stakeholder coordination while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the launch of eight Region Board websites and support eight Regional Meeting informational websites Conduct content inventories, migration tracking, and accessibility reviews to ensure quality and compliance Create governance documentation and standard operating procedures to enhance long-term website operations Required qualifications Experience with website content migration and content operations Proficiency in CMS publishing and page configuration Familiarity with accessibility standards and QA reviews (WCAG) Strong background in process improvement and documentation creation Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and track project progress effectively Virtual Vocations Inc
