Stand Up Forklift Operator

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryReliance Staffing is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience operating a stand-up reach truck in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity while handling materials and fulfilling customer orders.Essential ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve products from warehouse racks.Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.Pick and stage customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.Perform replenishment of inventory to designated picking locations.Stack and organize pallets while maximizing warehouse space.Inspect forklift before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and general warehouse duties as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Meet daily productivity and quality goals.QualificationsMinimum of 1-2 years of recent stand-up reach forklift experience.Experience operating in high-rack warehouse environments.Ability to pass a forklift safety evaluation or certification test.Experience using RF scanners preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for the entire shift.Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, which may be non-climate controlled or refrigerated depending on the facility.
