Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. The amount of incentives offered may be discussed during the interview process.****Responsibilities:*** Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care for post-operative and acute care patients requiring hospitalization* Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period* Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care* Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients**Requirements:*** Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems* IA RN license or compact state* BLS and ACLS - inhouse certification available upon hire* New grads encouraged to apply - Nurse Residency Program upon hire!**Schedule:*** 72 hours a pay period. 12 hour shifts. Day/Night. Holidays.
