Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and additional healthcare professionals, ensuring holistic and coordinated care for clients throughout their treatment journeys.

• Provide urgent and crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, demonstrating compassion and expertise in high-pressure situations.

• Engage in community outreach efforts and educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental illness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical) is required.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
