Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our care team, working closely with licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services to residents. Responsibilities assisting with treatment plan implementation and therapeutic exercises, monitoring and documenting patient progress, preparing treatment areas and equipment, educating patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises, adhering to safety and infection control protocols, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive care. Qualifications an associate degree from an accredited program, current licensure or certification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within a team, preferred experience in rehabilitation or long-term care. CPR certification is a plus.
