Store Manager Delta TireDelta Tire is looking for a high-level Store Manager to lead shop operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are searching for someone with strong leadership skills, automotive management experience, and a solid understanding of vehicle systems and operations. This is a hands-on leadership role inside a fast-growing company focused on raising the standard of the automotive industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and automotive operations
• Leadership and team management experience
• Ability to manage workflow, customer service, and shop performance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead with accountability and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations
• Manage technicians and service advisors
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor shop performance and profitability
• Maintain Delta Tire operational standards and culture
• Help train and develop team members
