Automotive General Manager

Job Description

Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting is looking for a professional, self-motivated and energetic individual to join our growing team and fill the role as Manager at one of our DFW Locations

Responsibilities:

Oversees hiring, training, developing, transferring, managing compensation and discipline of staff
Manage financial controls, operations, employee development, and customer service
Maintain inventory and applies financial reporting analysis results
Successfully generates and capture sales leads
Analyze collision and/or paint damaged vehicles to create a repair plan and cost
Review repair orders with technicians as necessary

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of profit and loss interpretation and management to influence profitability
Ability to prioritize and organize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
Previous success in sales or operations and leadership skills are a must
Desire for performance based compensation
CCCOne or like estimatics program experience preferred
At least 3 years of production management or sales leadership is required

Pay is the base salary of 70k-80k plus quarterly bonus, based on performance and sales.
