You will be "deployed" to solve financial challenges using Autonomous AI Agents.Deploy Agents: You will own the end-to-end technical lifecycle from analyzing client datasets to configuring proprietary algorithms that automate financial transactions.Your Day-to-Day: The "Build & Deploy" CycleData Intelligence: Use HighRadius's AI agents to process large data sets to uncover hidden patterns in the client's Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and design the future-state architecture.AI Strategy & DesignOutcome-based Design: Identify and iterate on AI algorithms based on client feedback to reach a final outcome based on a "Value-Driven" design.KPI Engineering: Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and target metrics that will prove the ROI of the solution.Algo ConfigurationPlatform Configuration: Hands-on configuration of the Autonomous Platform to deploy algorithms.System Integration: Architect and configure data interfaces between the SaaS platform and major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).Launch & Value DeliveryTesting & Training: Lead onsite client testing and training sessions to ensure technical readiness.Go-Live Execution: Drive the final deployment and stabilization phase, ensuring the AI is hitting the target KPIs and delivering measurable financial value.Who You AreData Savvy: You love data analysis, designing and configuring agents, but you're also comfortable leading a meeting with Finance Managers and Subject matter experts.Solution Expert: You will use the value vs complexity matrix to identify solutions and solve problems.HighRadian DNA: You have a bias for action, radical ownership of your projects, and a desire to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.RequirementsEducation: Graduating Class of 2025/2026, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, MIS or Data Science related field.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to align diverse stakeholders on a technical vision.Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites across the US as part of project implementations.Why HighRadius?Impact: Gain top-tier experience with a market leader in Autonomous Finance, transforming antiquated processes with AI-driven solutions.
