This full-time contract position offers the chance to work as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow, making a positive difference from now through May 2027. You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators while providing essential services to a diverse caseload.

What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Clinical Fellows welcome with provisional Virginia licensure (supervision details will be provided)
• Experience or interest in school-based therapy settings
• Ability to travel between local schools within the district as needed
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and progress reporting
• Commitment to culturally responsive and student-centered care

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, research-based therapy to students at various grade levels (assignments and caseload to be determined)
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation, including Medicaid paperwork
• Engage with families, educators, and support staff to foster students’ success inside and outside the classroom
• Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student in a dynamic onsite environment
