- Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care plans
- Diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic illnesses alongside physicians or independently as credentialed
- Educating patients and families about prevention, wellness, and effective disease management
- Prescribing medications and therapies within the established scope of practice
- Engaging in patient follow-up care and chronic disease management
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide cohesive, comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records within electronic medical systems
- Degree of Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Exceptional clinical skills complemented by a warm and compassionate demeanor
- Outstanding communication abilities with patients, their families, and team members
