Position Purpose Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow-up process to ensure their success. Responsibilities Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals with a lively sales approach and magnetic personality. Member engagement and building and equipment maintenance and safety. Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs) Membership Billing. Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution). Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.). Qualifications and Requirements Must successfully pass background check. Gives ownership of results and fights hard to win. Adapts well and quickly to various situations. Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality. Team player with ability to jump into any task and get it done. Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills. Extremely organized and able to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work. Comfortable with computer/technology, phone etiquette, and good at math. 20 hours a week schedule: must work every Thursday and at least one weekend day. Must possess knowledge of membership sales, billing, and customer service. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Pay Range: $10—$11 USD. Variable income opportunities including commission. Tenure Pay.
