Swim Instructor

Position Purpose:
To further the mission of the camp through the development and delivery of swim instruction that is safe, fun, and age-appropriate for our campers. The Swim Instructor is responsible for planning, teaching, coordinating, and carrying out swim lessons while guiding campers in their personal growth and developing their daily living skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and deliver an swim instruction that is appropriate for the age and ability of the campers.
Participate in the development and implementation of swim activities for campers within the mission.
Maintain high standards of health and safety in all swim activities for campers and staff.
Be a role model to campers and staff in attitude and behavior.
Represent the camp in a positive way when interacting with parents or community members.
