Senior Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate

Established commercial real estate firm seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail and commercial properties throughout Chesapeake, VA. This role will manage day-to-day operations, tenant relations, budgeting, capital projects, vendor coordination, and property performance.

Qualifications:

8+ years of commercial property management experience
Strong background in budgeting, tenant relations, and property operations
Experience with retail or shopping center properties preferred
Knowledge of capital projects, lease compliance, and vendor management
