Certified Nursing Assistant CNA - Sarasota, FL

As a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

CNA Role Summary:

As a CNA, you will assist our residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also monitor and record vital signs, assist with mobility and transfers, provide emotional support and companionship, and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff. Your compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and record vital signs

• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Provide emotional support and companionship

• Report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

CNA Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification in the state of Florida FL

• Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment

• Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred but not required

• Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
