SAP IS Utilities

Overview

Position: SAP IS Utilities. Location: Remote (Part Time 20 hours a week). Duration: 12+ Months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Device Management and AMI integration with ITRON.
• Define and manage interfaces with Head-End and MDM systems for remote operations and interval data.
• Oversee meter lifecycle processes, including installation, exchange, removal, and device master data management.
• Configure and support TOU, interval read handling, and exception management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Billing, FICA, Field Ops) for process integration and issue resolution.
• Contribute to project planning activities including scope definition, milestone planning, and resource forecasting.
• Develop and review test strategies, scenarios, and scripts; lead system and integration testing cycles.
• Support cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare activities.
