We are seeking a dedicated teacher to support children’s education in a nurturing classroom environment. This role involves implementing the curriculum, creating a safe learning space, engaging with parents, and collaborating with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. Responsibilities Implement the children’s curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children. Support the center’s success by working with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Qualifications Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multi‑task effectively. Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain them. Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors. Able to maintain low postures for visual contact with children and to engage in physical activity with them. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English for communication with children and their parents. Pay & Benefits Range of pay: $18.50 – $18.50 per hour. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium is provided for all classroom hours. Benefits : Discounted child care for family members.
