What You'll Do

• Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor patient competency and ensure safe at-home treatment
• Provide ongoing support and reinforce training sessions
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care
• Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
• Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 trainings per day

What You Need

• Required: Active RN license in Texas, recent dialysis experience, experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System, strong patient education and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage schedules
• Preferred: Home health or chronic care experience
