Our clinics feature private treatment rooms, fully equipped rehabilitation spaces, and a welcoming environment where therapists work closely together to provide individualized care. As part of the H2 Health family, you'll have access to expanded resources while maintaining the personalized, community-focused feel that has made Advanced Physical Therapy a trusted provider for decades.Your Role:Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.Treat a variety of orthopedic and post-operative conditions.Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.Accurately document patient progress and communicate effectively with the clinical team.Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
